All Sales Are Final. There will be no returns, exchanges or refunds.**Due to hygiene reasons, there will strictly be no returns, exchanges or refunds on all accessories.

All goods will undergo additional steps of quality control before being shipped to you. In the unlikely event that you receive a wrong or defective product, please contact us at willowtate@willowtatejewelry.com and we will be happy to replace it for you at no extra cost. We highly recommend contacting us prior to placing an order if you have any questions or doubts. We'd be happy to clarify any queries you may have.

Cancellations

Please contact us immediately at willowtate@willowtatejewelry.com if you would like your order cancelled. As we tend to prepare orders very quickly, we will not be able to accede to cancellation requests if the order has left, or is already in transit.

Stolen or Lost Mail WillowTate will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages in transit. However - on a case by case basis, replacements may be provided. Rest assured that if there is reason to believe your order was lost in transit - we will be sure to offer you a suitable resolution. Therefore - do not hesitate to place your orders with us. We will make sure to take care of you from start to end.

During the ordering process, please ensure that your mailing address provided is wholly accurate. We will not be held responsible for any packages being sent back due to inaccurate or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Re-shipment costs will be borne by the customer.
